Makes 4 cups
Ingredients:
2 (15.5-ounce) cans chick peas, drained
½ red onion, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, crushed
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon ground dehydrated lime — lemon omani (optional)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and serve.
